My wife had a genuinely bad experience here today. She came in for eyebrow threading and left with the skin around both eyebrows visibly cut and irritated — not the usual minor nick you might expect, but noticeably worse. Later, she’s now dealing with breakouts in that area, which raises real questions about how clean the tools/thread were. We won’t be coming back, and I’d think twice before booking here.
I always get haircut here, I like how friendly they are. A solid 5 star!!
