Very poor service. Watch which had stopped working was sent away for assessment $20. Report said reqd a full service $1100. This was more than the cost of the watch new. I purchased a new battery for $17 and fitted it myself. Watch working perfectly. Found on the net, a new movement complete with face and hands $400. Form you're own conclusion.

I usually go to a big chain retailer for my jewellery replating and repairs but as I live in North Canterbury, I decided to switch and support a local business instead. I took my 3 white gold rings into Rangiora Showcase Jewellers on Sept 14th and explained I would like all 3 replating and that my engagement ring had some claws loose around the diamond so that would need repairing.
