Susan ghosted me after 3 or 4 one-on-one Skype sessions after I expressed my relief Trump was no longer president immediately following the election. She told me she thought Trump had really been “picked on”. We moved on after this, and I didn’t think it was a huge deal. I certainly didn’t feel like there was any reason to stop seeing her, and that was never mentioned. She missed our next Skype session and never replied to an email again. Money hungry and this treatment is terrible. Susan is rude and doesn’t help with anything you ask for. Terrible human skills. Doesn’t respond to emails or anything. I tried to call the office but no one answered. And to think coming here would help… it just triggered me every time I was in class. Didn’t go over any material just pretty much talked the whole time about whatever random stuff would come up.
Susan is wonderful she has been incredibly understanding with me and always willing to help me and accommodate my needs I started doing therapy here a year or so ago and couldn’t be more grateful to have someone who has been so kind and helpful to me. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I went to rangeview for level 2 alcohol counseling. After completing the 12 week education portion and several months later I applied to have my license reinstated I’m told by the DMV that I need to complete therapy based on a specific “track.” During my initial evaluation and the 12 weeks following no one knew that I needed to be assigned a “track,” which are defined by 4 categories (a,b,c,d) and each require a different amount of time to complete.
