Money hungry and this treatment is terrible. Susan is rude and doesn’t help with anything you ask for. Terrible human skills. Doesn’t respond to emails or anything. I tried to call the office but no one answered. And to think coming here would help… it just triggered me every time I was in class. Didn’t go over any material just pretty much talked the whole time about whatever random stuff would come up.
Susan ghosted me after 3 or 4 one-on-one Skype sessions after I expressed my relief Trump was no longer president immediately following the election. She told me she thought Trump had really been “picked on”. We moved on after this, and I didn’t think it was a huge deal. I certainly didn’t feel like there was any reason to stop seeing her, and that was never mentioned. She missed our next Skype session and never replied to an email again. Susan is wonderful she has been incredibly understanding with me and always willing to help me and accommodate my needs I started doing therapy here a year or so ago and couldn’t be more grateful to have someone who has been so kind and helpful to me. 10/10 would highly recommend.
