Failed to mention over the phone or on the website that they will turn anyone away at the door if they are not vaccinated or have a mask exemption. Was absolutely gobsmacked to find this out the hard way, especially from this type of practice, in this area. Her reason being she is caring for someone elderly. Believe what you want and behave how you want, but if you're running a business at least be professional about it. I absolutely love the team at Selby Integrated Health. I regularly see Merrin and Carolyn and I can honestly say they have changed my life. With a few long-term health issues I was searching for specialists who could help me manage my symptoms and I found them. Truly the nicest people who care about their clients. The atmosphere at the centre is just lovely, when I walk it I can feel the stresses of the day melting away. Over the past two years while visiting I have been grateful for their mindfulness around covd.
