On our way for a long weekend away with a new (2nd hand) van, 1st tow with this particular (2nd hyand) vehicle, 5km from home smoke pouring from wheels on van. Pulled over (not good), rang Ranges Caravans, Luke asked if we could bring it in, 2km away, sure did. Pulled the wheel drums apart, totally fried brake assembly, long story short, Luke asked if we could leave it with him for the Afternoon. I have a dog grooming trailer that needed a vent installed for condensation proplems during winter. Luke went through the installation process with me and worked out how I would like it fitted and the job was done and perfectly done. I highly recommend this business to anyone.
Luke & his team went above & beyond to get our motorhome repaired. They fixed the slideout motor issue, installed a sirocco fan, serviced the gas amongst many other problems. Luke is very helpful & knowledgeable & spent time explaining certain aspects of the motorhome to us. We will certainly use Ranges Caravan Customs in the future - great service at great prices.
Luke and his team fitted a new diesel heater to our van, awesome job, well done!
