Had an absolute wonderful first-time experience with Brooke Bullock at Ranger Title. We were completely informed through the entire process & all of our questions were answered at every phone call. Although we didn't get to close with Brooke, we had the next best thing with Coby & I have to say that it was one of the best times that we've had in a closing!! Working with Ranger Title was an absolute PLEASURE! I would NOT recommend Ranger Title to my worst enemy. I had a contract on my fathers house along with a closing date with Ranger Title. Two weeks prior to closing my father passed away and Ranger Title refused to honor the Lady Bird Deed that had been in effect for 2 years prior to my fathers passing. We ended up switching to Republic Title of Texas in Richardson and the folks over there honored the Lady Bird Deed and were able to get us closed in less than a week!
