I would NOT recommend Ranger Title to my worst enemy. I had a contract on my fathers house along with a closing date with Ranger Title. Two weeks prior to closing my father passed away and Ranger Title refused to honor the Lady Bird Deed that had been in effect for 2 years prior to my fathers passing. We ended up switching to Republic Title of Texas in Richardson and the folks over there honored the Lady Bird Deed and were able to get us closed in less than a week! Closing with Ranger title was so easy! I have closed on two homes prior but this felt so much calmer and easier all around. The team was great at explaining everything and keeping us updated. Shout out to Vicky and team for killing it :)
