An absolute disaster from the first 5 minutes. Denise was completely intimidated by her ex mentor, asked for many breaks, called 0 witnesses for me and was continually told to move on after repeating the same things over and over. And to top it all off, she knew that I was coming to her office to be part of the hearing but forgot to tell me that she moved out of town. Giving her 1 star is 1 too many. Totally unprofessional at my hearing.
We are a Property Management Company and hired Ranger Paralegal to provide us with services for eviction of a tenant for non-payment of rent. Ranger Paralegal provided the necessary paperwork and all attendances at the Tribunal. Needless to say, the work was very professional. Denise Ranger was exceptional in the way she guided me through a very complex defence of a baseless claim from a disgruntled tenant. If she had not been so knowledgeable about the laws and detailed in building my case i would have suffered a significant expense expensive. I will not hesitate to use her again if need be or recommend her to anyone in need of 5 star legal support.
