If I could give zero stars I would. This is the company that ran electricity in our house when it was first built 11 years ago by Classic Century Homes (now bankrupt). Last week our microwave stopped working which isn't surprising after 11 years of use but when my husband went to pull the old microwave down he found a plug that was melted and burned.
