I witnessed today one of your employees causing a massive traffic jam. He decided he was more important than everyone waiting in line to leave a gas station. Proceeded to drive into on coming traffic in the parking lot, and tried cutting the line to leave. Obviously this enraged people and they would let him in. Instead of him backing up and waiting in line, he just stayed blocking cars from pulling in or to the right for 5 minutes. R98 vehicle number.
