Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with the product they sold to me. I bought a new unit in 2016, within the first year it started breaking and never has stopped. I have spent enough money to buy an entire new unit. At one point it was breaking so much, ranger replaced the air handler and it still doesnt work. Train is the product and it is worse than hot garbage. Finally, after 8 years of spending tons of money on the garbage company and product, I called another company to fix it. Save yourself time and money. All they want is a sale. If something goes wrong they could care less. Will not stand up for their product.
