First day, a technician came and said that my HVAC compressor was broken and needed to be replaced. The next day, another technician came out from same company and said that the compressor was perfectly fine and found out that the problem was a low in refrigerant due to a leak in the system (coils) which he also found out after performing some test. Also found out that the first technician who came, quit his job the next day, which is why the company sent the second technician. The second technician was very professional, ve... read more

Clay is an honest AC tech. The rooftop AC was partially unplugged. He plugged it back in and all was fine with the AC blowing cold again. He did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. He went above and beyond by scaling a ladder two stories up and climbing a steep roof up to the top where the AC unit is, and back down again. I think a lot of techs would have refused to do that, as it is very dangerous. I was just charged a service call. Clay is a great asset to the RANGER AC team. I would highly recommend Ranger.
