I would like to thank Jon for a great experience with buying a rv from them. No pressure, no bugging you as your looking. Just good information when you need it. Asks about your wants and needs and steers you in the right direction. Everyone was great to deal with and helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a rv. Great service and customer service.
Bought a new Motorhome. Got it home.Put levels down.Worked well. Tried to retract levels.Would not retract.Tech had to come out to troubleshoot.Found unattached wiring.Nice of them to come out to house. While driving tried the A/C in driver console.Didn't work. Took it back ,they said it was Ford problem.Took it to Ford,they said it was the dealership problem.Went back to dealer,service dept.Wrong place to go.The duo at the counter were unhelpful,rude, condescending and no idea how to remedy the issue. Came to get my trailer jack replaced. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Got the jack switch out no problems and got me back on the road quickly. Definitely commend Rangeland Red Deer to anyone buying a trailer or having one serviced
