Tried to book my trailer in for repairs after the hail storm. Called on September 4th to confirm they do insurance work. Once confirmed, estimate was sent over to confirm parts ETA and that they would have to do their own inspection which I totally understand. Called and email on sept 6 to confirm they received the estimate. No response from the service advisor Nick Collins. Fast forward to Sept 19th, nearly 2 weeks later. 2nd RPod..sales team were great. Service lacks communication with customer. We are always having to follow up. Gave us a 2 week delivery, expecting by mid July, (paid up front for window & delivery), later July told part in stock at Forest River to be shipped mid week of July 29. Aug 16, after calling them again, told part not in stock, no delivery date promised. Taking all summer to get a curved window for our RPod. So much for using our RPod for camping. Came in to get my travel trailer inspected and dewinterized, very friendly staff and the playground was a nice touch to keep the little ones entertained as we waited.
