What a great experience we had buying a trailer from Rangeland RV. We found a used trailer we liked on the website and Mark was friendly and prompt about calling us right away about it. When you walk into Rangeland everyone is so friendly and professional. We also had a great interaction with the finance manager Justin as well! I would highly recommend Rangeland! This is now our 4th trailer and first one from Rangeland and we would definitely buy from here again in the future!
We had a great experience at rangeland, it started at their RV show and we appreciated the laid back approach and taking the time to answer all our questions. It took us several months but we returned to the dealership and got help from Mark who carried on the torch with the no pressure approach. Justin, the technician, was very helpful and gave a detailed explanation as to what the problem may be. It was so unfortunate that the noise did not happen to the heater while we were there, but isn't this usually the case when you go to see the doctor and you are feeling better?LOL It would be difficult for anyone to know what the problem is, if the recurring issue doesn't reveal itself at the time you take the unit in. Hopefully the fact that we took it in has resolved the issue, but if not... we will consider the options ... read more
We bought a 2025 Campsite Reserve from Mark at Rangeland this summer and have been very satisfied. They helped us with options for the appropriate paperwork to transport it to the U.S. and were able to quickly correct any of the issues we had. Jim
