We had the pleasure of staying at the ski in/out unit at Breckenridge. First and foremost, the location was perfect right at peak 8. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to use, so we were able to cook instead of eating out. There were two hot tubs which was perfect after a long day skiing (not to mention the views from the hot tub). I rented unit 215 for Christmas holiday 12/23-26. Unit was NOT clean. Floors appeared dirty, dishwasher leaked, chairs and beds need to be replaced. They were VERY uncomfortable! Shower door didn’t fully close so water got on floor. When we pulled cushions off sofa sleeper, there was food crumbs! Heard running water between walls all the time. Heard every foot step for unit upstairs. I paid a lot of money to take my family there. Very disappointed!

Location is great. Allergy sufferers beware. The unit desperately needs to be cleaned. Thick layer of dust on the bedroom furniture, and I'm fairly convinced there is a water leak above the unit we stayed in. Heard a consistent dripping noise between the walls when the shower was on. It got to the point that I started to sneeze within 5 minutes of entering the unit by day 3. Also found someone else's hair in the bedsheets. I certainly don't have long hair. Stayed here with my family from 12/23-26, and it was a horrible experience. The floors weren’t clean, shower door didn’t close, beds and chairs were not cleaned and uncomfortable, the floors were thin so we heard every noise from the upstairs neighbor, dishwasher leaked, parking lot and sidewalks were not salted when it snowed, and there was a layer of dust on each bed frame. The location of the unit we rented was great. HOWEVER, we had a challenging experience and will not stay at their properties again. We visit a couple times every year. Where we usually stay was being remodeled, so we thought we would give this a try. It was a mistake. We checked into our unit, and it did not seem clean. The white walls were pretty dirty, but what was gross was the black mold/mildew in the shower and all of the stains on the couch and chairs.
