We had an amazing stay at Unit 214 at Skiwatch! The location couldn’t be better. No steps from the garage to this bright corner unit filled with sunshine, and just a short walk to the ski-in/ski-out access (only about four steps to the slope). The condo is beautifully done with no detail left undone. The king bed was super comfortable, the kids’ room was perfect, and the arcade game was a huge hit. Best Rental Agency in Breck! We were treated to a spotless property and excellent communication. They even went out of their way to bring over a new humidifier when we needed one! I love picking up the phone and having a human on the other line! Just wonderful! Can't wait to come back! -EBT
This was my son's and I 1st time in Breckenridge and not only was the resort beautiful but so was Unit 214. We were taken care of by a lovely woman named Karla. She was very attentive. Responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit smelled amazing. The decor was really cute. Fully stocked kitchen. Games to enjoy and more importantly, super clean. Just a very cozy comfy condo.. home away from home. I will absolutely come back and share with friends! Happy Holidays!
Unit 214 Skiwatch- perfect for large families and gatherings My husband and I stayed in the end unit 214 at the Skiwatch building, which is a true ski and ski out condominium complex. We parked on the upper floor, which is the same floor as the unit. This meant getting groceries in and bags from the car to the unit was a breeze. We have used Karla and her team to manage unit 214 at Skiwatch, a lovely slope side building on Peak 8. She has always made recommendations and kept our unit in tip top shape and fully rented with almost all five star reviews. Karla immediately reaches out to us if there is a guest complaint or request. Not all owners cooperate with Kara and some refuse to update their units with furniture, let alone kitchen supplies.
