Chris R. was absolutely phenomenal! Great hospitality, impressive knowledge, and fun personality!!!! His interactions alone make me want to get a membership here. As a first time visitor, this place was clean and all associates were kind and attentive.
Kai the RSO was extremely rude. The store manager was nice but Kai acted like I was the dumbest person ever for asking a question about range procedures and just overall did not create a welcoming environment
Overall experience is good. The ammo is pricey, some range officers here have a problem with fire rate just an fyi. I can understand this issue if I was shooting an automatic weapon or mag dumping a AR or AK, something of that nature but I was told to slow down how fast I was shooting while shooting a 7 round pistol. Pretty silly rule imo.
Great range, ammo is a little overpriced though
