8/6/26 Update: I was told by the store manager that the gun is used so Springfield will not cover the warranty. I wasn't offered any help other than saying they can send it for me but any repairs to get it worked on will cost me. So pretty much $620 down the drain. I dont see how you sell a gun that literally hasn't shot over 10 bullets in a 30 round magazine to someone and have no way to fix the issue. Im also a member but ill probably leave after my 3 months. I couldnt edit my last rating. The staff has been great to me. Super nice and everything but I bought a Springfield Saint from them maybe a week ago and its been nothing but a headache. The gun was dirty and dry and I had to clean and oil it. I get a jam every few rounds. Just a disheartening experience. Going to the range and can only get a few shots off before it jams in every mag, no matter the round or the company. $620 down the drain. They won't send it to springfield for me either.
