I went to the store today The staff was very professional Specially Stefan G was very helpful he helped me with everything and explain everything to me. Austin W was very nice he told us about the shooting Range Rules. When me and my lady went to the shooting range, it was her first time Mathew P Showed her everything he was very nice very patient and very professional 🙏🏻 I recommend this place if you want to go shooting or buy a gun !

I stopped in for the first time hoping to try out a firearm before I purchased it. I spoke with the sales associate at the rental counter indicating the same. I was asked to watch the safety video and complete and sign a waiver and then came back to the desk. I was then put through the sales push on various memberships and even offered a discount good for the same day only if I purchased the firearm I was hoping to try and, after all of that, told I was not able to rent a firearm on my first visit. Anyone else have a problem with Range USA fraudulently charging your card? Get in contact with me and we can all file a class action against these guys. Fyi I was charged correctly in store and then charged again a week later. That is textbook fraud on your business
