When have given 5 stars but like most stalls they are small. Went with my son and had to remove pew-pews from within lane which wasn’t bad but if you have long guns and two people it sucks. Had to reload several magazines while he was sending lead down range and that was even worst. Hot brass coming back at you while trying to reload from the ground. This was our first time visiting Range USA in Chester, VA where went for one of their trainings. Our instructor Mark was incredible!! He was knowledgeable about safe handling of firearms and was very patient with us. There were things regarding self defense that I was not aware of in the state of Virginia. I felt this was a safe space in a sense that we are not as knowledgeable about various firearms as others. Josh was extremely helpful, friendly and informative when I had questions and concerns while purchasing my first rifle (which I've avoided long guns); as I am as a right hand dominant, left eye dominant.
