I really try to give this a second chance.. My first experience there the range, safety officer Was upset because I was loading my mag in the back wall my wife was shooting. We didn’t return for a couple of months cause I felt like that was a stupid rule And the gentleman who approached me about, it was extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place to buy items, went there couple times to pickup and always give some reason why can not pick up (software is down). email said to come, your item is ready. Wasted my time and efforts to buy at this place. Salesman was no help, would not listen to your issue. just saying come back again.

I was paying for a membership until I showed up one day and was told that I could not use the range because one of the employees didn't show up for his shift and they were shorthanded. It looked like 2 employees were at work, also 2 cars outside. They told me to come back at noon when another employee would be arriving. I left and inconveniently found something to do to kill an hour instead of going back home. NEVER AGAIN DOING BUSINESS THERE. I WONT EVEN SHOOT THERE. FIRST I ORDERED A LOWER RECEIVER PAID 2 SHIPPING THE STORE GOT MY ORDER ON DAY TWO. THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT TILL THEY CALL ME. SO DAY THREE COMES THEY CALL ME. I GET TO THE STORE TO PICK UP NOW ITS A STORE DELAY AND THEY DONT WANT TO RUN ANY BACKGROUNDS UNTIL THE WEEKEND IS OVER. I’m giving Range USA 5 Stars for the staff even though a glitch in the system prevented me and my friend from using the range. The staff was apologetic and tried everything they could to find it. I hope the technical team can get this fixed quickly because we wasted about 30-45 minutes and passed precision’s range to get there. Once this is fixed, the staff alone is a reason to go back.
