A great experience today when needing a new LP regulator for our camper. Stopped in for parts & got so much more. Zach is an asset to this business & helped me through the entire process with care and respect. He did not talk down to me in any way but helpfully described what we were doing while we were doing it, with special attention to safety and convenience features. This guy is a gem! Give him a raise. Best customer service I have received in a long time.
Fast, friendly service - great place to fill your RV with propane when visiting the Ely area. Easy access to get it filled - Travis was excellent - and Amy in the office was great. Highly recommended!
They’ve always taken care of us without issue, even delivered yesterday with one day notice. Thank you! What I didn’t appreciate was the driver going as fast as he could up a small hill and turning across the wooden staircase attached to my dads sauna. He never told him, never apologized. My dad, who is 85, will be able to fix it but it will cost him money and take several days. A good company, but a frustrating careless act that I thought deserved to be mentioned.
