The Staff at the Pleasantdale Range, Guns &Safes location makes this place a great place to bring my clients. DJ, TJ, RJ and Tony are great with their guests and know their stuff. Ask for for one of these guys and they will take care of you for sure.

Just called (which took 2 days to get through, Voicemail with no way to leave a message) to get some info on a FedEx package that was supposedly delivered earlier in the week. The gentleman who answered the phone couldn’t even provide confirmation that the box had arrived...I find this ridiculous and extremely annoying. Customer service is complete garbage. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, every gun store has been experiencing a vast increase of online transfers causing an increased delay in time from product delivery to product check in for pick up.

racist place my son experienced racism at it's highest at this facility As a black upstanding young man on vacation made this place a part of his vacation and left the worse memories for him I do not recommend anyone of color to visit this establishment
