Great experience and service
Took in my car trade-in in '22 and in return was lied to, deceived, pressured and given a LEMON in return. Nothing but issues, transmission, diffs etc etc I had to fight for repairs despite having the top extended warranty that were covered under it. Range Ford refused to compensate, refund or exchange. Absolutely disgusted with this company. In the end a BOILER MAKER found that the spark plugs had corroded because they were never changed when they were supposed to at 90,000km (purchased with 94-98,000km on the odometer). No... read more
Tried ringing Range Ford for a recall to get driveshaft replaced on ranger while travelling around Australia but everytime i pressed 1 for service department it would hang up on me. 4 times I tried so I went through spare parts who sent me back to reception who sent me so the service department where I got disconnected AGAIN ! Tried ringing Midway Ford as well no one answered in the service department so receptionist said someone will ring me back. Surprise no one ever did ! 1st and last FORD I get. Service is crap. Service Centre staff actually help. Good job team. 100% Hope the company gets you a larger facility and parking area soon. An extremely busy facility for good reason.
