I booked my car in for a service. I understand that during a service, components like the battery are tested, which is completely fine. What’s not okay is that my battery was replaced without anyone contacting me first. I wasn’t told it had failed, wasn’t shown any test results, and wasn’t asked to approve the extra work before it was done. Been going to these guys for years, with my two cars and will forever be grateful for every time they have helped me out of a tight spot! They have great transparency, prices and are solid, honest mechanics. I can't recommend them enough, the whole team is awesome and will always explain what is going on with my cars and give the best advice. I have been to about 5 different mechanics on the coast and these guys are by far the best.
Awesome experience with everyone at range auto in Maleny! I recommend for any travellers coming through that need any reliable maintenance to your vehicles and want honest feedback, get in contact with these guys they are super helpful, friendly and flexible! They were able to fit my van in for a last minute road worthy, then gave me a well worth service and some good feedback for what to look out for in the future. Thank you! 🤙
