Bought a car last fall/winter and had summer tires thrown in the deal and couldn’t pick them up until this spring and after we picked them up and brought them to a tire shop to switch the winter ones they said the tires they gave us are so dry rotted that they couldn’t even put them on ! So we had to buy new tires so now we’re out the summer tires we were promised and we have to pay to get rid of there rotten tires ! Very disappointed to say the least !
