Bought a home that had this security , not an active system so now a year later the alarm continues to go off, called three times yesterday, call center can’t get you in touch with a tech they just send a message requesting a call back . No one has called when I call today asking to be escalated the call center gets temperamental when they hear frustration. Pore customer service and customer response . Was thinking of switching from Telus but after this display I wouldn’t dream of it
Apparently the company has been purchased by a company out of Toronto to bad These guys were great ! I called new people not impressed didn't answer there toll free number then used excuse they were very busy , I have cancelled , the 2 stars are for the new owners API alarms !!
