Terrible experience so far since March 2026. My Dad had procedures done because he is having trouble swallowing unable to eat since Feb 1! All liquids. The procedure was done mar 9. Mar 10 it was noted he has an infection. NO OnE contacted him! April 17 someone called to tell him they called antibiotics to his pharmacy! Everytime you call his office and leave messages over and over no one calls back! Had to go into office to make ANY contact with his office!! We’re told he’s short staffed. ENDOSCOPY: Absolutely amazing doctor. No sore throat, no pain, no gas, no bloating. Super attentive and empathetic!! Cause I was super anxious. I went to carthage Mercy and the nurses were the nicest nurse i have ever met. I am 45 and I have had so many bad, traumatic experiences at hospitals and doctors but this doctor is so knowledgeable and nice.
Decent gi doctor for the area.. downside if you have any complex issues you will be better off going to a larger hospital, as you will fall through the ‘cracks’ medically here
