I’m writing this on behalf of my mother. She is wheelchair bound and was in to see Dr Kota for an annual visit. After waiting 40 mins in the treatment room, my father went to the hallway to find someone to see how much longer. The doctor came in a few minutes later, spent literally 40 secs, asked 3 questions, refused my mothers information about a medication change from another provider and said see you in one year.
