Had a horrible experience in ER do not waste your time....they don't want you there clearly...rude ..indifference...short staffed ... agitated. I haven't understood money Tri Health has wasted in advertising... commercials and such because it's not true. Totally ! Since dr noory left never have I been jerked around more by a drs office. First they refused to give me a note for missing work due to covid, then they couldn't schedule me to see a dr for almost FOUR MONTHS. In that time my phone number changed and I was never notified of my appointment. Then they send me a letter saying I'm dusmissed. Like I did something wrong. How about get you patients in to see a doctor in a reasonable amount of time. The entire practice is awful and they are rude.
Dealing with a possible lower GI infection or UTI. Don’t really know because the doctor won’t call me back. I was told 3 days ago now that I might need to get a CT scan but now after calling and asking to speak to Dr. and staff telling me he would call back, I now sit and wait to see if something goes wrong till Monday. It’s really discouraging considering this is my first PC since childhood. Do not go the ermergency room. There were people ahead of me and after / hours I asked the desk why. Supposedly all the back rooms were filled and they had no idea when I would be taken. Left and went to Atrium. Was taken in immediately, and the doctor came into the room within minutes. Would never go there again! Would have given them 0 stars if I could
