I had the best experience shopping for my Indian wedding jewelry at Rang Dil. The team is incredibly nice and welcoming—they took their time to help me find the perfect wedding set and were so patient throughout the process. Their pieces are absolutely stunning and of excellent quality, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other jewelry stores. I highly recommend Rang Dil to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality jewelry and a truly friendly shopping experience!
This was my first time ordering from them through the website, and I am utterly disappointed. Not only did they not pack properly causing some bangles to bend, the two hand set was incomplete. They didn’t even take the time to see if the whole set is consistent with size. In the 2.10 set whole set was way too small to be 2.10. I had high hopes for this store as it was rated high, but I must say it’s very disappointing.
My family and family members have always purchased from Rang Dil for any desi events. They have decent amount of selection to choose from. The reason for the one star is their lack of empathy for their loyal customers. Service was great, prices are very high compared to online shops- I paid 65 for something where online my sister paid 31 for the same item
