I arrive 10 min before my appointment today and was told rather dismissively by receptionist Chelsey that if I can’t wait for over an hour I can make another appointment for another day! What a rude disrespectful of others time receptionist have you hired? And she says this with a smirking smile! Ranford Medical Center - you need to train Chelsey on how to deliver respectful customer service!
Disappointed about the consults not being fully covered by Medicare and having to always book my GP 2 weeks in advance but my favourite GP I've ever had so forgivable.
I have been a patient with this surgery for roughly 7 years and I have had 2 drs over this amount of time and both are amazing and so are the reception staff and the nurse's there
The waiting times have become excessively unacceptably long. My last two visits each had my appointment delayed 40 minutes.
