Pesima...puse la orden desde el viernes..pague el delivery para el miércoles y es cuando despachan la orden...el servicio al cliente te derrites la oreja esperando por que alguien conteste...el chap y los email ni responden... muy poca profesionalidad
Purchased a part from this place and realized I didn’t need it before it came. Tried to cancel but they said they couldn’t, so once it was delivered I just simply returned it, unopened. It took over 14 days to get my refund. Never again!! I will never shop here again. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
I was an hour plus North. Called and asked if someone could possibly state an extra 10 15 minutes so I can pick up a Drift mattress. To my surprise Jasmine, Jamie, and Jacob (three J’s). Stayed and helped me. Can not thank them enough Raney’s for the win.
I ordered a new bed for semi fast shipping less than a week I didn't not think would be here already Florida to wi around 1200 miles away!!!!!!!thank you guys
