I recently tried contacting them for service many times for my boyfriends vehicle but no call back. Good auto work however answering and returning phone calls seems to be a reoccurring issue.
They did a great job on my first repairs on vehicle loved the pricing and everything. It is hard to get ahold of them when it comes to calling them though I don’t know if it’s because of the valley or because of busy schedule. Hope to hear back soon!!!
My truck broke down while towing a trailer on a 90° day with my daughter. No cell reception where vehicle quit on state route 53. I explained to owner Doug that my daughter was with vehicle. Doug immediately dispatched his rollback towtruck and said come with me. Picked up my daughter and trailer while tow truck picked up truck.
