Logan and sons has a mechanic technician who in my opinion is worth his weight in gold. everybody else said they can't help me but he said I'm not sure what's wrong but I guarantee I can fix it, and he did very reasonable very quick. if everybody else tells you they don't know what to do or they can't help you or your stuck with a product call Logan and sons service repair first and avoid the panic. Thank you !

What everything you need in skil and zero turn mowers
Ownership switched from Western Auto to Logan & Sons not too long ago and the customer service is as bad as the new tell you anything you wanna hear salesman personalities working there. I ordered a new carburetor and recoil spring for my STIHL weed eater on July 1st 2023. Two weeks later July 15th they said they had the parts but nobody could find the carburetor. I was understanding and said "That's okay I'll come back in two weeks. If you don't find it can you order me another carburetor?" To which the overly anxious yes m... read more
