I’ve needed their services twice, both for emergencies and both times have received exemplary service everyone I worked with. I absolutely encourage anyone that requires their services, they’re definitely worth your consideration. The reason for the two stars is because of a single, yet telling, interaction with a single staff member that I am sure I’ve never spoken to before. We had just changed over our winter tires to our summer tires at our Ford dealership. Two days later our tire sensor monitor lit up. We were heading out on a long road trip early the next morning and didn't have time to go back to Ford. My husband stopped in without an appointment to Randy's to see if they could check out the tires. Randy's immediately took the car into the garage and checked out all the tires and reassured my husband that everything was fine and to go on the road trip and not to worry. Called at 4:00, in by 4:15, out by 4:45, flat fixed - $35 including tax. These guys must have missed the "how to screw your customer" memo that seems to be going around.
Just Amazing!! I was told by another tire store in Tsawwassen that I needed to replace my 8 month old tire. Even when I explained that the BCCA driver who I called to deal with my flat until it could get repaired had indicated that it appeared to be a wonky valve. When I had brought it to the other store I was told I needed a new tire with no explanation and with my questions about the exact reasons for the replacement were dismissed.
