Great experience dropping off a tire to get a valve stem replaced, they were super friendly and fast
Very overpriced in contrast with nearby tire stores. Upcharge on a lot of odd bits and ends. Conversation did not work out. Out of my budget. I walked.
The brakes were grinding after I asked for an oil change. They upcharged me to rotate the tires and check brakes which I never asked for. Then charged me again to fix their mistake after the wheels and brakes were not put back on properly. Will not be going back!!
We take our vehicles to Randy’s Tirecraft for everything. When you pull up to the shop it is nondescript, but when you leave, the combination of honesty, knowledge, service and excellent work will give you the peace of mind that is not found at many other car service centers. Highly recommended!
My tire was wobbling as I was on the highway coming into Tsawwassen today. While I was parked, someone passing by had recommended Randy’s. I called and they got me in right away. They were so kind and understanding. I had my 2 toddlers with me and the lady at the front desk was so welcoming to them. They explained to me and showed me what went wrong.
