Wow This is to Clarissa S. just wondering why you would write a review about you own family's business. Of Course its going to be a good review it your dad or husband that owns it. Didnt mention to include this when saying that its a friendly staff?

f@ck you why did my review get erased. this forum blows and you can all suck me. just because my review was completly correct and some1 couldnt handle it. insider pages sucks as bad as randys tire. if you didnt want the truth you should have never made this site. randys tire is horrible and over priced. you all can get bent

good service I used Randy's auto repair when my car broke down and I needed it towed for repair. I chose Randy's based upon a recommendation from a friend. Overall, my experience was positive. They provided timely repairs and quality work. In my opinion, the price was a little bit high. If I need another repair, I will get a quote from Randy's but I will also shop around

The best in town This is in response of Teresa T's post. Miss, I don't think you understand how cars work. The shaking can be caused by many things. In the automotive repair business, they try to rule out cheaper problems; such as, bad tires, out of rotation and miss-rotations. Then, if the problem persists, they begin look into other problems. Whatever was wrong with your car, the shaking wouldn't have stopped from just changing the tires again. In my opinion, Randy's Tire is a well-run business. The service is always timel... read more

HORRIBLE I went to Randy's for an alignment and they told me I had a bad tire rod and that it would cost $500 to fix. I told them I didn't have the money and went to a new mechanic and told them what they had said and that I needed a quote. They said that the tire rods were fine and that I didn't need new ones! The kicker here is that my step mom also went there for an alignment (I hadn't talked to her about it because I didn't know she needed one and we talked about it after) and she payed the money to get it done, her car ... read more

mr Customer service is not a prority here, they will over charge for the work they do. Had to buy a tire in a pinch, told them to give me a highmilage tire that I could get three more of in a few weeks. I go back and they sold the stupid things. Order more products. I should not have to wait for the tire store to order tires I already told them that I would buy. They told me 250$ to chg spark plugs. I took in the parts and they did it in 20 minutes. Then they still charged me for the entire 250$. What happened to hour labor ... read more

bad service Bought tires off of them because I had mine were well worn. When I picked up my van, my van shook terrible. I took it back, they blamed it on a bad tire, changed one, it was close to closing, they put it on and sent me on my way. Going down the road it was still shaking. Took it back the next morning, they claimed out of balance, balanced all again. Much better. The next day, I went to Mansfield, it shook awful at 55. Took it back when I got home.
