I love everything about Randy's. Good tools, good prices, friendly service,always a bowl of candy, great atmosphere with awesome friendly dogs. You get a lot for your money at Randy's. Frickin' top notch rental experience!
I have never tooking anything there yet but he’s very helpful over the phone and has a answer to every question when I need to take something it will be to him thank you Randy for your help the last 2 phone calls
Had a badly leaking hub on one axle and three other hubs also starting to leak. This happened on a 300 mile road trip. I pulled in at lunch on a friday, expecting to get an appnt the following week Nope! Randy said bring it in now and we'll do it today. 4 hours later all bearings were repacked and new outside seals. Excellent service, done at agreed upon price. Highly recommended.
Never met Randy but I did talk to him over the phone about a repair. Randy was very knowledgeable after a few questions about the boat. But it didn't stop there Randy is very kind and generous and offered me a repair I can't refuse, I am more than happy to drive 6 hours for a 20 minute fix and meet Randy.
AWESOME Customer service. Lost a bow roller on my boat trailer and searched everywhere in T or C for a replacement with no luck. Randy and Steven took the time and went and got one off of a junked boat trailer to keep us able to launch and load our boat and continue our fishing trip at Elephant Butte. Thank you very much Randy for the amazing customer service.
