I rented from Randy for 11 months! When I first moved in there was a dehumidifier running downstairs but not collecting water. He unplugged it instead of fixing it. When I moved out, there was mold on my baby clothes from when my children were little. He said he didn’t supply the unit. He saw that I made a post looking for a home for my growing family (I became pregnant after renting).
