After spending a very cold evening without heat in our RV, Randy came out on a Saturday to repair our furnace. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to troubleshoot and repair the furnace. Thankfully, he had the part we needed and we were good to go! If not for Randy, we would have probably had to cut our trip short. He worked with our warranty service to try to get us reimbursed for the repair as well. This guy really goes above and beyond, and knows his stuff! Would highly recommend!
Mr Chapman worked on a slide in our Travel Trailer. Did a real fine good and cost was reasonable. Thanks
Randy is a great guy to know, he shows up,he knows what he's talking about!! He got my heat and pop outs working and they were either inoperable or just a rats nest of a wire mess, he fixed it up and its working as good as the day it came off the showroom floor. Randy just came by due to my camper having a water issue, came the next day after calling him and fixed the issue no problem. His pricing is more than fair and he is really knowledgeable on rvs and I cannot recommend him enough! If you need any work done give him a call!
Randy was great at communicating with us and working around our schedule. Super friendly guy with a lot of knowledge and fair prices.
