Dealt with Randy quite a bit. Had a few bumps in getting our camper fixed but he is a stand up guy. His communication was excellent and seems to put in a ton of hours to make sure his customers are satisfied. Was super easy to work with in regard to setting the appointment and worked with my complicated schedule. I would recommend if you want an honest tech that knows what he is doing. I am so relieved that he got my unit fixed, and for the record it was a very complicated electrical problem.

Randy, Mary and crew are a fantastic company. They came out, they helped make a claim with my warranty and they got the work done! Very polite and quick responses. Will continue use and recommend!

Had a rear tire which needed help removing. It has been stuck on there for many years. The service tech Tom arrived on time and was able to remove it. Very reasonable labor rate and professional business.

Called Randy’s for a water leak in my camper. It was pouring outside and we were stressed. He was very professional, confident in his ability and came out in the pouring rain to find my issue. Or shall I say few issues. He knew his job well, got the job done and was a great guy. I recommend using him for all my needs . We are not from Ohio, but I am glad we found him and you all are lucky to have someone with his knowledge and skills to get a job done and save us from having a water damaged camper. A/C not working at Findley. Found Randy’s RV repair and they texted me right away that Mary would call me back as soon as she was at office! Mary called and explained to me their pricing and what to expect. Very kind and professional The issue of the a/c was taken care of. While he was there, he took pics of the roof and let us know there were issues that needed addressed! They resealed and resurfaced the roof after cleaning. Tom explained all the steps and provided pics. We plan to use their services as needed!
