Dealt with Randy quite a bit. Had a few bumps in getting our camper fixed but he is a stand up guy. His communication was excellent and seems to put in a ton of hours to make sure his customers are satisfied. Was super easy to work with in regard to setting the appointment and worked with my complicated schedule. I would recommend if you want an honest tech that knows what he is doing. I am so relieved that he got my unit fixed, and for the record it was a very complicated electrical problem.

Had a rear tire which needed help removing. It has been stuck on there for many years. The service tech Tom arrived on time and was able to remove it. Very reasonable labor rate and professional business.

Randy was so helpful. He listened to my trailer issues and kindly looked at videos and photos instead of coming out and charging me for the consultation. He was upfront about how to correct mold issues and possible other problems related to the water damage. He gave me his honest opinion that the repairs would cost more than trailer was worth. I appreciated his professionalism and would highly recommend him.

As a driver of an entertainer tour bus, we fix most of the issues that occur on a coach. Then there are issues we cannot repair ourselves such as air conditioners on the roof. Randy’s answered the call from my company on a Saturday. As we arranged for service on Monday when we would arrive into Cleveland. They arrived on time, he diagnosed the issue with a control board, actually had a control board with him, programmed it, installed and got the unit up and running again. Called Randy’s for a water leak in my camper. It was pouring outside and we were stressed. He was very professional, confident in his ability and came out in the pouring rain to find my issue. Or shall I say few issues. He knew his job well, got the job done and was a great guy. I recommend using him for all my needs .
