Thought we had a major electrical problem. Luckily, Randy was available and was at our site within the hour. Discovered a minor issue I had overlooked. Saved us from cutting our stay short. Will DEFINITELY call him again if ever needed. 5 STAR PLUS. Couldn't have asked for better service.
If you are in Branson with an RV problem, call Randy. Randy is wise and entertaining, and I believe he just likes helping people out when they are in a jam. When we arrived our slide-out got stuck halfway out. Randy came, found the problem, ordered the parts, got the slide all the way out for our stay. Came back with the parts a couple of days later and got the slide in and we were on our way. Thanks Randy!
My air conditioner went out in my 5th wheel. I called Randy's mobile RV repair and Randy answered. He asked me to check my breaker box and sure enough it had tripped. I am cooling off right now. He was amazing ! And friendly. I will be calling him if anything breaks down in my house from here on out. Super honest guy. I highly recommend him.
