The dining room picture window I ordered was just fine. The installation left a lot to be desired. They broke the 8’ long marble window sill in 2 places and just filled the cracks with white putty and thought I wouldn’t notice. The honorable thing would tell me they broke it and work out a fair solution. It stands out like a sore thumb. Putty on the outside walls 1/2” to 1” and 2” putty on the inside wall.
