Company communicated well as appt came. Service tech Kyle was outstanding! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Showed high level of care for property and equipment and helped educate without any high pressure or condescending attitude. Not only performed service flawlessly but was a outstanding representative of the company. Highly recommend Randys for any service you may need.
Randy arranged to replace a malfunctioning LG mini split with a new, warrantied, Diakin. I got a faster date for install than I could handle, and it was sifted to my preferred day. Randy listened to my need for a quick turnaround, and accommodated my concerns completely. Cason, the installer, got here early, and all was completed in time for another appointment. One ton unit is working great. Also Randy's dispatcher was always very helpful.
First, I had an urgent need and Randy's made a great effort to get me in same day! This is the 2nd time I have used Randy's since they were awesome the 1st time. The office has friendly and helpful staff. Casen (if spelled right) was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as well. I highly recommend Randy's!
