try being honest with customers. show up or even call when say you're gonna. waited a week and a half for a so called professional to show up. every time i called to inquire, i was told " later today or tomorrow. Each time a No Show ! You people are Disgusting, and all my friends and family, will know It well !!
responsiveness, punctuality of receiving product. I still have not had my 1 window installed. I have been waiting since dec 14, 2019 to have it replaced. very irritating due to our house being on the market
