hmm Just have to say I was given an estimate of $160 for a wheel bearing, well dropped off the jeep, ran to the store then came back to wait. Well they said it was done and the cost was almost $100 more than estimated because of other things. Only issue I had with that was that we were not informed about this before the work was done. What would he have done if I didn't have enough to cover it all?? Needless to say we have no money left for the week for gas, etc. Just wish they would communicate more that's all.
Dishonest and terrible service! Terrible service! (Doesn't even deserve 1 star) If you care about your car be weary of this place. I took my car to be serviced and they striped the parts and replaced them with more striped parts causing an.oil leak and never once telling me. I had to find this out on my own. If I hadn't noticed this, I could have lost my engine thus losing my car. Bad business. Little things like that can turn into major problems. Therefore I will never take my car there again and word of mouth is the best m... read more

Great service I was shocked to find two negative reviews for Randy's Auto Repair. Randy has taken care of our household's 5 cars since we moved to the area more than 5 years ago. Nothing but perfect service, always on time, and at a reasonable cost. The only time I have ever had to return for the same problem is when we clearly discussed several options during the first attempt to repair, and I decided I wanted the cheap fix in an attempt to avoid the more costly repair.
