GREAT place, ALWAYS get my keys cut here. I prefer getting my keys here because they are the key experts and I have YET to have a key fail. I've had remote keys, house keys, and everything in between cut to perfection. I will always recommend Randy's for key cutting. It's so convenient that they have the key machines in store and it's one of the best services they offer. They almost always have the correct key in stock from their large selection of car/house/lock keys.
Nice place, however... NEVER GET KEYS CUT HERE! They should simply remove this option from their store. We went to have a remote key cut. They butchered the $35 key, no compensation was offered! My suggestion to customers, do not get keys cut here. My suggestion to the business owner, remove your key machines! Just take them out of the store. You have a great store, what are you out of if you stop offering a service you are no good at and will not stand behind?
I took a handmade driftwood sign to Randy's to have help figuring out how to mount it to the wall. They took the time and had the knowledge to do it. I said I was not going to be able to do it. Wesley Hall, Randy's employee, said he would do it for me for a small fee. I quickly agreed. He did a great job and the labor fee was very small. Thanks to him, I will be able to display the sign.
Great place - well stocked with hardware and helpful people.
