The tech told me an estimate 200 to 300 then charged 475 (three rooms, no moving furniture, two chairs and steps). My carpet was left so wet it took three days to dry, with two fans and my house air-conditioning running 24/7. One room has such bad soap residue that you can feel it when you walk on it, and if you touch your hand on it, it feels sticky. Im afraid it ruined my newer (2019, very low traffic) carpet. I'm waiting for resolution.

My carpet was in a good need of cleaning. The job was done efficiently and I am happy to see the carpet looking so clean.
My carpet and recliners are clean and not soaking wet. He does an excellent job! And again, floors & furniture were not soaking wet.
