Ive known Chad for over 10 years. Is always realistic about when can get you in. He doesnt leave you sticker shock. Make sure you know eexactly what you need when you go in, or you may have to come another day weeks down the road. Chad has plenty of repairs lined up, and if you arent there for your appointment time within reason he will have no hesitation to start the next job and you may find yourself at the back of the line.
