Had always heard this guys were cheats, but still gave em a chance for convenience of location, but man was I wrong too. head my word, these people will rip you off and milk you for every penny they can. do not give them your business!
I used AAA to drop my car off rather abruptly at their shop (sorry. Head injury. Wasn't thinking straight) and they not only took it in grace and stride, but replaced the tires within 24 hours and remained in contact with me the whole time. Swift, courteous service. Will be using them again. Edit: my car didn't start one morning and I called them. They told me to bring it in right then. I managed to get a jump and drive there, and they fixed that thing in what, an hour? Once again, great service.
Fast inspection, nice waiting room and friendly staff. Will use again.
Everything good-they had me come right in, had a loaner and checked everything out and it all was good
After passing my car inspection at the same inspection station for the past 2 years with the same cracked but fully useable passenger side mirror they failed my car this year. They had no good explanation for the failure except to say it was state law. When I asked to see the law, it did not seem to me that my car should be failed for that. I went home, installed the mirror replacement that I had ready and went back the next day.
