Beware of Randy’s Automotive in Medfield and their outrageous nearly $300 “diagnosis” fee. We had our Ford F150 towed there for a starter issue—something we already knew was the problem. Any competent mechanic could have confirmed that quite quickly, but Randy’s insisted on charging nearly $300 just to tell us what we already knew.
