I called and explained that I had a leaking rear differential. They said they’d need to see it first and booked me an appointment. When I arrived, after less than five minutes, they simply repeated back what I had already told them — that I had a leaking rear differential. Have been taking both of my vehicles there for years, have never been disappointed. Both when it was Randy's and now Brad Pepin. No place better.
Brought my Jetta in last month, called every shop in town. Randy’s was the kindest and least pushy. Didn’t charge an insane price like some of the shops tried, and got my car in the day after I called. I’ll be back
Brad Pepin has taken over from the former owner and still maintains the great level of confidence and integrity as before.
